Most sales leaders know their close rate. Few know how many first meetings turn into a second one. Put in your best guess and see what it's worth.
Start with the share of your first meetings that turn into a second meeting today. The estimate assumes SIP adds 5 to 10 more second meetings for every 100 first meetings, and never takes you past 100.
Extra second meetings a year = first meetings per month × that increase × 12.
Closed business in the next 12 months = first meetings per month × that increase × your close rate × your average deal value × the months left in the year once your sales cycle has run (12 minus your sales cycle). A deal that starts today closes one sales cycle from now, so a 3-month cycle leaves 9 months of closings. With a cycle of 12 months or longer, none of it closes inside a year.
These are estimates from the numbers you enter, not a promise.
